Pricing Questions
Are these prices really all-in?
Door prices include installation. Service work (springs, cables, openers) has posted starting rates, and we confirm the exact price with you before any work begins. No hidden fees.
Why do some doors cost more?
Size and insulation. Bigger doors use more material, and insulated 2" steel-back doors cost more than non-insulated — but they're warmer, quieter, and better for attached garages.
What colors can I get?
We stock Almond, Sandstone, White, Tan, and Dark Brown. Any other color is a 2–4 week special order. Windows are an add-on and take about 48 hours to cut.
Do you charge to come look?
Commercial inspections are free. Residential tune-ups are $49.99. For repairs, call us and we'll explain exactly how pricing works for your situation before anything happens.
Will the final bill match the quote?
Yes. The price we give you before the work is the price you pay. If we find something else mid-job, we stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the number.
