Broken Spring
Repair
Heard a bang like a gunshot in the garage? That was your spring. It's not a fan of you right now.
A broken garage door spring leaves a heavy door dead in its tracks. We replace torsion and extension springs safely, balance the door, and price it upfront before we start.
The Part Doing All The Work
Springs are what actually lift your garage door — the opener just guides it. When a spring snaps, the door becomes a few hundred pounds of dead weight, and forcing the opener will only burn it out or hurt someone. This is the one repair you really shouldn't DIY.
We replace both torsion springs (mounted above the door) and extension springs (along the tracks) with correctly rated, durable parts, then re-balance and test the whole door. You'll know the price before we touch it.
