Do you really list prices upfront?
Yes. Door prices are posted online and even on our billboard — single-car and double-car doors have set prices. For repairs, we inspect first, then tell you the price before any work starts. No mystery math.
How fast can you get here?
We're open 24/7 and we always answer. We prioritize safety issues and same-day situations, and most repairs are wrapped up in about 1–3 hours depending on parts and damage.
My spring snapped — can I still use the door?
Don't. A door with a broken spring is heavy and unpredictable, and forcing the opener can cause more damage or injury. Leave it where it is and call us.
Do you handle commercial and storage doors?
All the time. Roll-ups, sectional bay doors, operators, logic boards, high-lift springs, doors up to 24' × 12'. Same-day commercial service is a big part of what we do.
Can you fix it, or do I need a whole new door?
Often we can fix it. We replace individual panels and parts when that's the smart move, and we'll only recommend a new door when repair stops making sense. Honest answer, every time.
